Administrators (also known as sysop) are users that have the ability to make large changes to article pages, images and can block a user from the wiki if they violate the editing manual or wiki policy.
Moderators are users that make sure article pages are in check and aren't messed around by possible vandals. They can also protect and delete articles/images if they feel it necessary.
